A Non-Diet Approach to Eating

Diets don’t work and inevitably cause you to disconnect from your body, feeling guilty and out of control around food. But there’s a better way! Let’s work together to redefine your relationship with food and restore your connection with your body, letting go of the guilt of eating along the way.

Meet Erica

Erica Card is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics, and completed her Dietetic Internship from Brigham Young University. She worked at the Center for Change, an inpatient eating disorder treatment center for 3 years. She then went on to work in an outpatient role treating a wide spectrum of disordered eating to diagnosed eating disorders.

She is passionate about helping others incorporate principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and mindful eating. She believes guilt should never be a part of your meals and that all foods fit into a healthy diet. She loves to try new foods and be outside in the mountains.
